Bhopal: Around 10 lakh people are expected to take part in the international Islamic congregation to be held on the outskirts of the city for three days from on Saturday, organisers said on Friday.

The delegates, including about 200 foreigners, would be addressed by leading Islamic scholars like Maulana Zubair, Maulana Saad and Maulana Ahmed Laat during the 64th Alami Tablighi Ijtema, spokesman and organising committee member Atiq-ul-Islam said.

Preparations for the Ijtema to be held at Ghasipura are almost complete, he said, adding that buses would be provided to drop the delegates at the venue.
