New Delhi:  The accused in the 2G spectrum allocation scam on Monday approached the Supreme Court challenging the Apex court’s ruling which directed the other courts not to hear the multi-crore telecom spectrum case.

SC in its earlier orders had said that no court would hear the 2G case. Earlier, CBI in its plea cited a Supreme Court order of April 11, 2011, which had directed that no court other than the Apex Court shall entertain any application relating to the case.

20 petitions or applications are pending before the High Court after the filing of the chargesheets in the 2G case.
