Noida: As many as 68 persons, who were arrested for their alleged involvement in violent incidents in Noida during the two-day nationwide strike, were on Thursday send to 14 days judicial custody, official sources said.

In view of the advocates strike at district court, ACJM Anil Kumar Yadav on Thursday evening conducted hearing at Noida Phase 2 police station and sent 57 arrested protesters to 14 days judicial custody at Dasna Jail, they said.

He also conducted hearing at Sector 58 police station and sent 11 arrested protesters to judicial custody, they said. Next hearing for them is fixed for March 7, they said.
