"The Aam Aadmi Party had earlier scheduled it for Saturday, 13 December. This programme will be organized at DDA Park, Ratia Marg, Sangam Vihar on Monday evening," the party said in a statement.

Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be the main speaker at this event. This will be third in the series of Delhi Dialouge with the earlier two being on youth and women security.

"The 'Bijli-Paani Dialogue' will witness the party's vision based on public conversation on how to solve Delhi's energy, electricity and water crises," banker-turned-AAP leader Meera Sanyal said.
   
"The party will again implement its promise of slashing electricity rates by 50 percent for households consuming upto 400 units per month till audit of the private power distribution companies by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) is completed," the party said in a statement.
