New Delhi, Jan 21 (Agencies): The Aarushi Talwar murder case will likely come up for hearing in a special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in Ghaziabad on Friday.

During the hearing all eyes would be on Aarushi's parents –Rajesh and are against the CBI's closure report. Moreover, they are expected to appraise the court of the non receipt of the complete closure report despite the order to provide the same.

The closure reports lists the reasons on the basis of which the CBI wants to close the case of the muder cases of 14-year-old Aarushi and her family's domestic help Hemraj. They were killed on the night of May 15, 2008 in Noida.

The Talwars have moved an application demanding the same again.

The CBI had on December 29 filed a report to end the probe clearing the names of three servants -- Raj Kumar, Krishna and Vijay Mandal -- in the case.

But the needle of suspicion pointed towards Rajesh whom the agency named as a suspect who could not be chargesheeted because of "insufficient evidence".

The CBI took over investigation into the double murder on June 1, 2008.
