The U series of 5th generation Intel core processors supports two cores and up to four threads with Intel Hyper-Threading Technology (Intel HT Technology).

Performance and power of both the cores and the graphics will be channelized by the Intel Turbo Boost 2.02 which also manages gesture, voice, and facial recognition features. The 5th generation Intel Core processors with Intel HD graphics have a 15W thermal design point (TDP) along with a configurable TDP (cTDP) down option. It offers up to seven hours of battery back-up.

The upgraded Aspire E5-571 notebook runs on the Windows 8.1 with 12GB of RAM and 1TB hard disk, equipped with NVIDIA GeForce 800M series card. It sports a 15.6-inch HD LED display with a full sized keyboard to support Touchpad gestures are supported by Precision Touchpad (PTP) which will reduce un-intended tap and cursor motions on the touchpad and will improve pinch-to-zoom, smoother scrolling and screen navigation functions.

The customers have variegated colour options for Aspire E5-571 which include Titanium Silver, Midnight Black, Tiger’s Eye Brown, Sapphire Blue and Garnet Red.

For the usage of built-in digital microphone and speakers, Skype Certification have been installed which will in turn enhance the bass band audio performance. It also comes with a built-in optical drive.

Processor power design improvements across CPU, graphics, I/O, and power management, plus the increased power efficiency of Intel’s 14nm manufacturing process, combine to offer users an improved battery life through fourth generation Intel Core processors (U series).
