The new entrant in B-Town is confident to entertain the Indian audiences with her Bollywood debut ‘Raja Natwarlal’ which stars Emraan Hashmi in the main lead.

The actress along with her co-star Emraan Hashmi and movie Director Kunal Deshmukh visited the Dainik Jagran’s Noida office on Friday to promote her movie ‘Raja Natwarlal’ which released on 29 August.

Humaima who is a much acclaimed Pakistani Actress said that border tension between India and Pakistan cannot affect the cultural exchange between both the nations. “Actors are ambassador of peace,” she said.

When asked about her experience of working in Bollywood, the actress said that there is huge difference between Indian and Pakistani film Industry.

“India has a large film industry while Pakistani film industry is still growing,” she said.

“I have not interacted with many people in Industry but fortunately got to work with really nice people,” she added.

Talking about her experience of working with Emraan she said, “Since Emraan has worked with many new actresses, he is very supportive. Working with him was a good learning experience.”

Humaima said she has not followed performances of other Pakistani actors working in Bollywood but as far as her work is concerned, she is quite passionate about it. “I take my work seriously as I have been working since the age of 14,” she added.

Humaima who is known for her brilliant performance in ‘Bol’ said if she has not been an actress she would have been happily married by now.

When asked if she is open to Indian small screen industry the gorgeous actress promptly replied that she has no such plans.

Humaima who has been in India for the past 10 months is planning to take a break and go back to Pakistan to see her parents.
