Gaurang, who produced Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and Arjun Rampal-starrer 'Aankhen' in 2002 and 'Deewaar' (2004), also starring the senior Bachchan, is making a comeback with two Bollywood projects in pipeline.

First among them is 'Happy Anniversary', which he said was based on theme "anatomy of marriage", and will be directed by adman Prahlad Kakkar. The film will be Aishwarya's comeback to silver screen after the birth of her daughter Aaradhya.
"We have finalized Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan for 'Happy Anniversary'. They are an ideal married couple and we felt they fit the bill. Prahlad's relation with Aishwarya and mine with Bachchan's apart, the script also attracted the couple to do the film," Gaurang said.

Abhishek and Aishwarya have worked together in films- 'Dhai Akshar Prem Ke', 'Kuch Naa Kaho', 'Guru', 'Dhoom 2', 'Sarkaar Raj' and the two also shook leg in a special song in
'Bunty Aur Babli'.

Gaurang said 'Happy Anniversary', to be made on budget of Rs 65 crore, will go on floors early next year and will be shot in South Africa.
