New Delhi: Waging a war against corruption, Gandhian Anna Hazare and yoga guru Baba Ramdev have joined hands in strengthening the Jan Lokpal movement and have demanded the government to bring back blackmoney stashed away in foreign banks.

Social activist Anna Hazare along with Baba Ramdev will commence fast on March 25 at the Jantar Mantar. The movement will be launched all across the country. Declaring the onstart of the anti-graft campaign Anna said, “It’s a fight to the finish. Either the government will have to heed to our demands or pay for it.”

Yoga guru Ramdev said, “The government feels threatened by our union and is therefore, keeping a watch on our activities.”

Hazare who kept himself away from Baba Ramdev’s fast at the Ramlila ground in the capital, not only shared the dias with the yoga guru on Tuesday in Haridwar but also announced a united war against issues concerning the nation.

Amid 8,000 strong gathering of female yogis at Patanjali phase-2, Anna said, “Both of us will unite to get the country rid of corruption and dishonest people. This fight may stretch over a long period of 8-10 years.”

He added, “The government has told so many lies and made false promises that we have lost trust in them.”
