The minimum temperature was recorded at 24.7 degrees Celsius, which is normal for this time of the year, a MeT department official said. The humidity levels oscillated between 75 and 39 percent.

The weatherman has predicted partly cloudy sky and possibility of dust storm in some parts of Delhi till Thursday morning.
    
"The sky will be partly cloudy. Dust storms could occur in some parts of Delhi till morning. Tomorrow the maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 38 and 25 degrees respectively," the official said.
    
On Tuesday, the mercury settled at two notches below the season's average at 36.9 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24 degrees Celsius.
