New Delhi: Any movement launched against the Congress-led Central government has virtually been linked with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Whether it was Jayaprakash Narayan's 'Sampurn Kranti' or Baba Ramdev's crusade against black money, the RSS connection has always added a different dimensions and controversies to such movements.

To deal with such movements, the Central Government has always tried to put RSS into dock to justify its action.

The biggest movement ever against Congress was raised by JP’s ‘Sampurn Kranti’ compelled the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi to invoke emergency in the country. The biggest grass root support to this movement was extended by the RSS, which had put all its cadres across the country in support of it.

It was the Sangh which facilitated stage to the then Prime Minister VP Singh all across India in his fight against Congress following the Bofors scam.

Now, when movements on corruption and black money have been started on a large scale the links has been attached with the RSS again.

When social activist Anna Hazare launched movement on Lokpal Bill, BJP and RSS supported it openly. When Congress saw the pictures of goddess on the stage of Anna Hazare, the party took a dig at it stating that the movement belonged to RSS.

Now when Baba Ramdev stated his Satyagrah against black money, senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh has termed it to be RSS movement. However, RSS and BJP have denied it to be their movement.
