The LG's press release said, “Apple will get a much higher-resolution display in 2015.”

The release makes the picture clear that the Apple will launch its iMac 8K in 2015 and also that it would have “a much higher-resolution display.”

According to a media, the LG's release said, “As 8K is the highest resolution the human eye is capable of seeing, it will possibly overtake the market in the future.”

Apple iMac 8K, reportedly, will have a resolution of 7,680 x 4,320 pixels, which is twice the resolution of a 4K screen and also four times the number of pixels. Also, LG has dubbed as 8K as 'quad ultra-high resolution'.

However, Apple is yet to announce its plan for iMac 8K release officially.
