With the Governor's assent, a notification in this regard would be issued soon, sources said.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Nabam Tuki in a statement said that the people's aspirations have been fulfilled at last.
"Ours is a pro-people government. Therefore all decisions are taken after taking into account the genuineness, necessity and popular demand of the people. Our decisions are not ours but of the people," Tuki was quoted as saying in the statement.
