The new SUV will come with two engine options -- a 2.0-liter petrol and diesel engine.

The Q3 S will have a front wheel drive layout as opposed to Audi’s trademark Quattro system which will be mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. Power will come from a de-tuned 2.0 TDI motor good for 140 bhp as opposed to the 177bhp which the standard Q3 makes.

Standard equipment will include leather seats, cruise control, voice dialog system, climate control, MMI with Bluetooth connectivity and 18-inch alloy wheels amongst others.
