Greater Noida: With land prices skyrocketing in the NCR, the common man cannot even dream of owning a house which is one of the most common needs.

But in a major relief, the Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway Authorities have planned to come up with 13,000 budget houses so that the common man too can fulfill their dreams of buying a house for themselves. More importantly the authorities have decided to keep the price of houses between six to eight lakhs which certainly suits the pocket of salaried class people.

The authorities have also roped in several financial institutions to provide housing loan for the same. According to the sources the proposed plan is expected to be launched on January 26. The authorities have already marked the areas where the proposed plan will be brought into existence.

Notably, this is the first time when authorities have planned to come up with ‘Ready-to-move’ houses. The proposed housing scheme is expected to come along Yamuna Expressway near sector-20. There will be around 5,000 flats of 30 square meters each and will comprising of a room, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Similarly, the Greater Noida Development Authority is also planning to launch a similar housing scheme with 7,000 flats.
