Tata Safari Storme

Tata Motors has wide range of SUVs in their bouquet. To satisfy the ever growing SUV market, it has come up with new Tata Safari Storme recently. It is extension to the Safari range which is one of the first SUVs to be launched in Indian market.

M&M Rexton

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) had signed a definitive agreement with Ssangyong Motor Company to acquire 70 percent stake in the ailing South Korean automaker at a total cost of USD 463 million (about Rs 2,105 crore).

"A manual model of the sports utility vehicle (SUV) is priced at Rs 17.67 lakh ex-Mumbai and the automatic version at Rs 19.67 lakh," M&M president, automotive and farm equipment, Pawan Goenka said at the launch. The high-end SUV was launched on the same day when Tata Storme was launched.

-    It has 5-cylinder diesel engine of 2696 cc.

-    The fuel economy is 12.4kpl

-    The power is 164PS@4,000 rpm, 340 Nm@1800 rpm with top speed of 180 kph

-    It is offered in four different colours.

-    It offers 5 Gear manual transmission

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800

Since the launch of Maruti Suzuki 800 in early 80s, the model continues to be a dream car for first time buyers. After successful journey of around two decades, it has been launched in new avatar. The car has been given a facelift and both exterior and interiors are looking good. The technical specifications have also witnessed up gradation.
