Although the volume marked a 13.6 percent drop on a monthly basis, CAAM said that the robust year-on-year growth suggests ‘relatively stable’ momentum in the market, reported a news agency.

In the first seven months, sales totaled 12.3 million units, an increase of 12 percent from the same period last year.

Auto output in the January-July period rose 12.46 percent from a year ago to 12.36 million units, according to CAAM.
