Apple fans in India will have to wait even longer due to this huge response from the US. It has been already noted that the company has removed iPhone 6 availability date from the Apple India website.

Earlier, on 9th September the Apple India website said that the new iPhone device would be made available from 26th September. Later on the availability date was changed to 17th October.

Official Apple retailers in India namely Croma, Vijay Sales and iWorld have made it clear that the Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus would hit the Indian markets only in mid-November.

“iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are better in every way, and we are thrilled customers love them as much as we do. Pre-orders for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus set a new record for Apple, and we can't wait to get our best iPhones yet into the hands of customers starting this Friday," Apple CEO Tim Cook said.

The price range of the Apple devices would be around Rs 55,000 to Rs. 60,000.
