Nainital: The Uttarakhand High Court on Wednesday reserved it verdict on the petition of yoga guru Baba Ramdev's close aide Balkrishna for December 2.

A single bench of Justice Tarun Agarawal had granted a stay order on July 29 on the arrest of Balkrishna after he filed a petition seeking quashing of an FIR lodged against him by the CBI for allegedly using fake educational degrees for procuring a passport.

The CBI had registered a case against him on July 23 for cheating and criminal conspiracy for procuring fake degree and violation of section 12 of Indian Passport Act for furnishing fake documents to get a passport.

Under mysterious circumstances, Balkrishna went missing on July 24. However, he resurfaced on the evening of July 29 after the High Court granted a stay order on his arrest.
