According to reports, N Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP and Jana Sena Party led by Telegu actor Pawan Kalyan are looking to tie-up with the BJP for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls and the state assembly elections.

Reports suggest that an alliance between these three political parties could give a major boost to the NDA, which is making all efforts to ensure that it wins over 275 seats in the general elections.

Senior BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu has already hinted that a formal announcement on an alliance between the TDP and BJP is expected very soon.

Earlier on Tuesday, Naidu said BJP spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Prakash Javadekar is looking into the issue of an alliance in Andhra Pradesh.

Telegu actor Pawan Kalyan, who is the brother of Union Minister and senior Congress leader Chiranjeevi, formally launched the Jana Sena Party on March 14.

This will be the first major political tie-up in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana after the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) ruled out the possibility of any pre-poll alliance with the Congress.
