But, one can beat the heat with these easy tips:

Drink plenty of fluids- The body tends to lose a lot of moisture in the summer. So, it is important to regularly replenish water. Drinking huge water and liquid can keep the body hydrated.

Avoid going out between 12pm to 4pm– The time duration of 12pm to 4pm is believed to be the hottest part of the day. So, it is always advisable to stay indoors this time.

Sun protection- The strong sun rays can make an adverse effect on the skin. Therefore, it is important to apply broad-spectrum sunscreen 30 minutes before one steps out.

Wear light clothing- Light and cotton clothing, apart from being comfortable, allows air to pass easily. Cotton, being a good absorber of water, helps in absorbing sweat.

Cover face and other body parts- In order to prevent the face from getting sunburn, it is advisable to go out wearing hat and sunglasses. Also, handkerchief can help prevent the face. Similarly, cotton gloves and light socks can do wonders in summer.
