Preity Zinta: Bubbly nature and dimples is not all what you know about the “pretty Preity”, there is more to this “Veer Zaara” star. At school, she had always received good grades and at that level only she developed extreme fondness to William Shakespeare's works and went on to do her Bachelors in English literature from St Bede's College, Shimla. Later on she continued with a graduate program in psychology and masters program in criminal psychology.

Vidya Balan: The “Dirty Picture” actress Vidya Balan's parents always stressed on education before acting. She was inspired by Madhuri Dixit and Shabana Azmi and since school dreamed of becoming a Bollywood actress. She did her Bachelors from St Xavier's college and a masters degree from University of Mumbai.

Soha Ali Khan: The “Mumbai Meri Jaan” actress had studied at the British School in New Delhi. She further went on to do her Bachelors in geography at Oxford and she didn't stop here. She earned a masters degree in International Relations at London School of Economics and Political Science.

Ameesha Patel: The “Gadar” actress is believed to be an excellent student at school. She was the head girl during her days at the Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai. She studied economics at the Tufts University at Medford in Massachusetts, and also won a gold medal for her papers. She also studied biogenetic engineering from Boston University. She refused the job offer at Morgan Stanley to give a head start to her Bollywood career.  

Kareena Kapoor: The Kapoor family carries the legacy of Bollywood, but this didn't stop the stunning actress from studying. She claims to have earned first class honours in all subjects except maths at school. After her school, she enrolled herself into a commerce course and did a short term course in microcomputers at Harvard University. She has also studied law at Government Law College, Mumbai.
