Film: Bewakoofiyaan

Cast: Ayushmann Khurrana, Sonam Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor

Director: Nupur Asthana

Story Line: Setting in the backdrop of recession the story revolves around Mohit (Ayushmann Khurrana) and Mayera (Sonam Kapoor) who are passionately in love. While Mohit is a marketing executive, Mayera is a financial expert with a penchant for shoes.

The duo believes that their love can help them survive any situation but Mayera's father, VK Sehgal (Rishi Kapoor), strongly believes against this.

Mayera's father believes that only a rich man can bring Mayera happiness and a mid-level executive like Mohit simply isn't good enough for her daughter.

Hell breaks loose on them when recession strikes and lack of money puts their love to test. How the couple fights the odd situation and stand together in their hard times develops the story further.

Movie Review: Ayushmann Khurrana who surprised audience with his exceptionally good performance in Vicky Donor, utterly disappoints us in this movie.  Like her earlier films Sonam gives a flat performance. Sonam who hogged limelight with her bikini scene in this film, has not done justice with her character at all.

Even veteran actor like Rishi Kapoor fails to impress upon audiences with his funny antics. No major releases and long weekend may work in favour of Bewakoofiyaan.
