Jaipur: The case of missing nurse, Bhanwari Devi, which has created ripples in the political corridors of Rajasthan is taking rapid twist and turns. The latest interesting fact to come to light is the revelation made by Bhanwari Devi’s husband who admitted that that his wife, Bhanwari’s relation with Congress MLA Malkhan Singh Bishnoi was more of a husband and wife.

Throwing light on Bhanwari Devi’s personal life, Amarchand during an interrogation on Tuesday said that the former even had a daughter from the MLA and that the family of the Legislator treated her to be his (MLA’s) wife. “I was just a husband for namesake. The family members of Malkhan treated Bhanwari as his wife.”

Elaborating on Bhanwari’s relation with the MLA, he said, during the time of Mahipal Maderna’s transfer, the Minister had established physical relations with auxiliary nurse Bhanwari, who is missing since September 1.

“Bhanwari had made the controversial sex CD of both Maderna and Malkhan with her in a compromising position which was in her possession,” he added.

During the investigation, the CBI found that the nurse had gone to City Police SP office in December 2010 with a complaint against Malkhan.

Meanwhile, the CBI on Tuesday pasted a ‘notice for appearance’ at the Jodhpur house of Congress MLA Malkhan Singh Bishnoi, who had cited illness as reason to skip questioning by the probe agency.

Bishnoi, according to the notice, has been asked to appear on Wednesday before the agency in Jaipur as he has been evading questioning for some time now, official sources said in Delhi.

Bishnoi had earlier assured the CBI of making himself available in next two-three days claiming that he was undergoing some treatment.

The MLA was summoned by the probe agency on Saturday as well, but he did not appear citing his non-availability in Jodhpur as the reason. His son had informed the CBI in person in the evening that Bishnoi was in New Delhi, after which the agency issued second summons to him on Sunday asking him to appear before it on Monday.
