Noida: Wearing a more confident and daring attitude, Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, who visited Bhatta-Parsaul villages for the second time on Tuesday, appeared as an experienced leader.

The Gandhi scion, who was seen accompanied by senior Congress leaders like Digvijay Singh and many others last time, began his journey all alone this time. Even, senior leader Jagdambika Pal was asked not to escort him to the Greater Noida village.

According to sources, local leaders were seen walking beside him but it was the General Secretary who did most of the talking. Rahul interacted with farmers on one-to-one basis during the first day of his padyatra.

Observers reckon Rahul’s walking alone as a political move and a befitting reply to all those who called him an inexperienced leader and tagged him ‘Amul Baby’.

“By not keeping senior leaders on his side, Rahul has answered the Opposition, which criticised him for lacking political experience,” sources said.

Remarkably, his second-visit to Bhatta-Parsaul is much organized and systematic in comparison to the last one.

In order to prepare the strategy, a team of 20 volunteers was asked to survey the region and do analysis of the programme three days before his visit in the village.
