Bhopal: Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan and actress Deepika Padukone on Saturday poured out their hearts that India should win the ongoing Cricket World Cup.

"India should win this World Cup," Bachchan told reporters at the sets of his film 'Aarakshan' here.

"All the players are important as together they form a team," he said when asked about favourite players, while Deepika said she enjoyed watching batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli play.

"Like, Bachchan sir, I would also like India to win this World Cup," she added.

Asked why he did not work in Prakash Jha's last film 'Rajneeti', Bachchan said that since he didn't know politics and had therefore left the field.

Actor Saif Ali Khan, who is also a part of 'Arakshan', said he too was not interested in politics and was not in a position to give any political opinion.

Jha said that it was good that both the son (Saif) and son-in-law (Amitabh) of Bhopal were playing principal roles in his film.
