Mumbai: For actress Amrita Rao big banners matter a lot. The actress, who will back on the big screen after a hiatus of two years with Rajshri Productions' 'Love You Mr Kalakaar', says banners play a crucial role in deciding the outcome of a movie.

For Amrita, films by reputed banners have worked, such as Shah Rukh Khan-produced 'Main Hoon Na', Shyam Benegal's 'Welcome to Sajjanpur', Sooraj Barjatya's 'Vivah' and the Taurani's 'Ishq Vishk'.

"Today, for a film to be a hit, besides the script, banner is the most important factor. Promotions have become essential today," Amrita said.

About the upcoming film, Amrita said, "It is a romantic-comedy, a sensitive love story, drama and romance. This is my first rom-com. This is something new for me. It is a situational comedy not slapstick."

On her role, the 29-year-old actress said, "I play a management student who is still studying finding her own space in the corporate world. She falls in love with an artist. Different backgrounds and there is a clash of two professions."  'Love You Mr Kalakaar', a Barjatya production, is helmed by debutant director Manasvi and stars Amrita and Tusshar
Kapoor. The film will be released on May 13.

Amrita, earlier known for her girl-next-door image, had shed inhibitions in her last flick, 'Short Kut: The Con', and was seen wearing 'skimpy' clothes.
