The session is being considered politically important as it would be held before the Lok Sabha elections, slated for April-May.

The Cabinet, meanwhile, also gave its nod to the Bihar Poisons Possession and Sale Rules-2014, he said. Through this, a check could be kept on sale, storage and use of acid in the state, Mehrotra said.

The Cabinet also approved the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rule-2014 for adding more civic facilities for citizens.
