Patna: The BJP leaders from Bihar, who attended the sworn-in ceremony of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday, extended an invitation to him to visit their state.

“Bihar is waiting for you,” state Health Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey said.

Bihar BJP’s Hunkar rally is likely to be held in March or April next year when Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi could also come to the state.

Notably, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar did not congratulate Modi after his victory in the assembly polls.

CP Thakur, Bihar BJP chief, state BJP ministers Ashwani Kumar Choubey and Griraj Singh attended the swearing-in ceremony of Modi. Besides, two BJP’s national leaders from Bihar- Ravi Shankar Prasad and Shahnawaz Hussain were also marked their presence.
