Patna: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister S K Modi would leave tonight for a three-day visit to Sierra Leone capital Free Town to participate in Conference on Development and Transformation from January 30.

According to a press release issued by his office, Modi would be flying from Delhi to London enroute to Free Town.

Modi would deliver a lecture on Bihar's success on the development front at the conference, which would be inaugurated by the west Africa country's President Ernest Bai Koroma.

The President's advisor Herbert M'clod is the convener of the conference.
