Jai Ho:
'Jai Ho' is a song composed by AR Rahman for the 2008 film, Slumdog Millionaire. The song features vocals from Sukhvinder Singh, Mahalaxmi Iyer and Vijay Prakash in Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.



Roja:
The successful and acclaimed score and soundtrack of 'Roja' were composed by AR Rahman, who debuted in Tamil cinema as a music director with this film. This soundtrack is among the '10 Best Soundtracks' of all time listed by TIME magazine, issued in 2005.


Mahi Ve:
The track 'Maahi Ve' sung by AR Rahman framed the score of the theatrical trailer of 'Highway'. The track clenched second position on iTunes India single charts was the chart topping single.


Banarsiya:
The melodious track from Raanjhanaa  brings out a fascination for Benaras through the music. AR Rahman composed the music for the film and emphasised the folk-classical genre.


Challa:
The music of romantic drama 'Jab Tak Hain Jaan' was composed by music maestro AR Rahman. Rahman teamed up with Yash Chopra for the first time in 'Jab Tak Hain Jaan'.

 

Sadda Haq:
The music for the Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Rockstar' is scored by AR Rahman. The music received positive reviews from critics. 'Sadda Haq' became the most popular song of the album and was named as a 'youth anthem'.

Yuhi Chala Chal:
A R Rahman's soundtrack in Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Swades' was acclaimed by critics and audiences. His background score won him the Filmfare award.
