BJP president Amit Shah expressed his concerns over the growing class struggle, ‘Love Jihad’ and forced conversions during the meet. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, RSS leaders Bhaiyyaji Joshi and Krishna Gopal also attended the meeting.

The leaders expressed their concerns and suggestions over the reservation in promotion. During the discussion over reservation, the party members anticipated growing dissent and sought to increase the active participation of the Scheduled Caste (SC) and the Scheduled Tribes (ST) community members in the party.

The meet also discussed the ways to promote the achievements and welfare schemes of the Union government.  The leaders chalked out the strategies to ensure victory in the upcoming Assembly and Parliament elections.

The meet also discussed the governance issues related to Gujarat, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. Meanwhile, Amit Shah also had a separate meeting with Joshi and Krishna Gopal. It is the second time within a month that the RSS has summoned the BJP for the meeting.
