Giriraj had received an anticipatory bill in the hate-speech case in Patna last Friday.

Singh had raked the controversy during an election meeting in Jharkhand's Deoghar district on April 19, saying that those who opposed Modi should go to Pakistan.
Three FIRs have been lodged against him at Deogarh, Bokaro and Patna for his hate speeches.

Modi had earlier condemned the petty statements made by Giriraj and another VHP president Praveen Togadia.

Giriraj had said in his hate-speech during an election rally, "Those opposing Narendra Modi are looking at Pakistan, and such people will have place in Pakistan and not in India".
