Rajya Sabha MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, who was recently given the charge of party’s media cell, blamed UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for all the ills of India.

"This government will be remembered as the most corrupt government of India," he said.

“Sonia and Rahul Gandhi wanted power without accountability and Singh acted like CEO of the board,” he added.

The BJP document also accused UPA of destroying the Indian economy.

“The Congress party is guilty of all the ills plaguing the economy,” Prasad said.

Prasad, accompanied by BJP colleagues Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and Nirmala Sitharaman, said that the party received more than 42,000 suggestions from the people for preparing the ‘chargesheet’.

The catalogue further highlighted an ‘endless saga’ of scams unearthed during the UPA’s rule.

It also talked about the ‘serious challenges’ to national security. Prasad said that more than 500 incidents of border violation by China were reported in last two years.

The BJP also accused the UPA of failing in the education and healthcare sectors.

It also pointed out the lack of development works in the northeastern states.
