New Delhi: To protest the brutal killing of two Indian soldiers by Pakistani troops in Jammu and Kashmir, the BJP said it would organise nationwide protests on Friday.

"We will organise nationwide protests tomorrow (Friday) starting at the district level. People are very angry over this matter," Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Nirmala Sitaraman said here on Thursday.

Holding the Pakistani government and army responsible for violating the ceasefire in force since 2006, she said India should not drop its guard in order to develop good relations with Pakistan.

"The BJP has been warning the government periodically that infiltration has not ceased and has increased. It's a very worrying situation," she said."We should give proof, name and shame Pakistan for having done this. We can't afford to have our goodwill misused," she said.
