New Delhi: After providing 33 percent seats for women in the party, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leadership has decided to enhance their political acumen. The BJP is going to train their women representatives in local bodies.

As per the party guidelines, a training camp will be organized for the women representatives of village and district panchayats in all over the country, where senior party leaders and experts will hone their leadership skills.

After Nitin Gadkari taking charge of the party president, focus has been laid on the training of the party workers.

Similarly, the BJP is going to organize the special training camps for women representatives during August to September in 10 states. Mahila Morcha and panchayat cell of the BJP will jointly organize the training camp.

The camps will be organized in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Haryana.

Given the 50 percent seats reserved for women in panchayats and local bodies, the BJP observed the huge scarcity of competent women representatives. Taking serious note of it, the party has decided to sharpen their political skills.
