Dhanbad: In a bid to check the leadership qualities of the senior party leaders, Bharatiya Janata Party will conduct a written test under its three-day state level training camp in Jharkhand starting from September 18.

Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda along with his Cabinet colleagues Baidyanath Ram, Vimala Pradhan and Satyanand Jha and party MPs and MLAs from the state will take the examination.

The 230 delegates including the Chief Minister will participate in the training camp organised at Maithan. The BJP is conducting the similar training camps across the country. The initiative is seen as a step to prepare party leaders for 2014 Elections.

The written test will assess the political skills and capability of the public representatives.

On passing the examination, the BJP will issue leadership certificate to examinees/politicians.

The written test, which will test the political skills and qualifications, will be of 100 marks. The candidates would need at least 30 percent to pass the exam.

To prepare for the exam, the leaders need to update themselves about the party history, activities and agenda.
