New Delhi: After the fresh revelation by RP Singh, a retired CAG official on 2G report, Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Friday hit out at BJP saying that the main opposition party’s stand on 2G had been exposed.

Former CAG auditor RP Singh this morning revealed that that senior BJP leader and PAC chairperson Murli Manohar Joshi influenced the CAG’s report on 2G.
    
"Yes, certainly I think so," Congress President Sonia Gandhi on whether BJP has been "exposed" over CAG report on 2G scam.

R P Singh had questioned the CAG's estimates of presumptive loss of Rs 1.76 lakh crore. Former CAG official’s revelation has sparked a fresh controversy in the national politics.

Earlier, while reacting to RP Singh’s allegations, PAC chief Dr MM Joshi had said that the charges were aimed at tarnishing the image of CAG, a constitutional institution. He also alleged that former CAG official was playing at the hands of ruling party, the Congress.
