Mumbai: Sudhakar Bokade, 57, who produced movies like "Izzatdaar" and "Saajan", breathed his last at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. Bokade, who was part of the film industry for over two decades died on Sunday night.

His daughter Divya Bokade confirmed the news, saying, "He was hospitalised on Saturday (July 6) after suffering a heart attack, he passed away last night (July 7)."

His last rites will be conducted on Monday afternoon. During his stint as a producer, he gave the industry movies like "Sapne Saajan Ke", "Dhanwaan", "Kalinga", "Prahaar", "Sauda" and "Yeh Pyaar Hi Toh Hai".

He is survived by his two daughters Divya and Kiran, and son Krishna.
