Bangalore based Salaam Centre was established by Hamid Mohsin with sole aim and objectives to spread peace, harmony and universal brotherhood, by removing misgivings and presenting the Message of Quran and Life of Prophet Muhammad.

Hamid Said, “The main objective of ISLAM, Facts vs Fictions is to remove misconception about Islam to boost harmony between both the communities.”

The center has been doing yeoman services in bridging the gap between two communities since 2008, has received applauds from common man, diplomats, judges, law fraternity, police personals, corporate-executives, students, authors, journalist, academicians and religious heads.

In 2012, Delhi International Book Fair, around 35,000 non-Muslim brothers and sisters obtained Quran and Islamic literature in Hindi and English.

Earlier in the day, President Pranab Mukherjee inaugurated the World Book Fair-2014. Huge gathering were seen flocking around the Salaam Centre’s Stall in Hindi Section, Hall no. 18 - Stall no. 118 at World Book Fair.
