‘We will come up with new launches during the coming three to six months,’ managing director Varun Berry told the media after the company's 95th annual general meeting. ‘The premium segment would form around 90 percent of the new launches,’ he said.

The company now has a capacity of manufacturing 74,000 tonnes of biscuits a month, and registered a double digit volume growth in its biscuit business in quarter one of the present fiscal year. While the company earlier pursued a policy of mostly contract manufacturing, it has now set a target to shift to a larger share of own manufacturing.
