Aamir, who starred in Chopra's "3 Idiots" and "PK", said, "I am happy for Vinod that I am here to unveil his first English film 'Broken Horses'. My good wishes are with him... I am eagerly waiting to watch the film."

Chopra, the director of films like "Parinda", "1942: A Love Story" and "Mission Kashmir", said the English film was a different challenge for him and scriptwriter Abhijat Joshi.

"I have made films for the last 39 years but 'Broken Horses' is not a film for me; it's a dream. I never thought that I will be able to write, produce and direct a film in English," Chopra told reporters.

Chopra said one day he would like to make a film with Aamir and Bachchan for the world audience in English.

When asked about the Oscar nomination, the filmmaker said, "Next year it will be valid. If it is good enough then it will go, if not then it won't."
