Los Angeles: 'Sex and The City' star Sarah Jessica Parker says she doesn't need to work out as taking care of two kids keeps her fit.

The 46-year-old who has two-year-old twins, Loretta and Tabitha, says carrying her 25 pound daughters keep her arms toned and so she never worries about her fitness regime, according to reports.

"My daughters insist on being carried at the exact same time. They're like 25 pounds now each," Parker said.

The actress also said her upcoming movie 'I Don't Know How She Does It' is all about balancing work and family.

"I know that there are women that are working not because they want to, but because they have to - and sometimes more than one job. And I'm far more in awe of how they manage to do it all than of myself, because I think I have the liberty to pick and choose when I can work, and I have the kind of support I need. A lot of working mothers don't have that,"Parker added.
