New Delhi: The CBI has recovered a computer hard disc related to Bhanwari Devi case. The investigating agency has sent it to Forensic Laboratory in Delhi to get some deleted videos.

However, the CBI is yet to find out the locker of Bhanwari Devi in Ajmer which has several CDs. Meanwhile, the investigating agency has claimed that the nurse midwife is already dead.

During investigations, the CBI officials also received information about video parlours in Jodhpur. After interrogations, owner of the parlour admitted that the footage of video cameras brought by Bhanwari Devi were converted into CDs at the same place.

“But, after converting them into CDs , those videos were deleted from the computer, ”  the owner said.

The CBI has seized the computer and the hard disk which have been sent to Central Forensic Science Laboratory to recover deleted videos.

However, the CBI officials have refused to inform that video CDs of how many ministers were contained in the hard disk.

Meanwhile, the CBI is searching for Bhanwari’s locker in Ajmer. In a conversation, she had talked about one such locker in which CDs have been kept and password of the same is also been stated by her.

According to a senior official of CBI, there are no passwords of  bank lockers and she might be talking about some private locker.
To date, CBI has received evidences that Bhanwari Devi was only blackmailing suspended minister Mahipal Maderna.
