New Delhi: After two months, when no communication was received from the Nepal authorities, the CBI on Thursday in a reminder letter to Nepal, asked to provide documents to ascertain the nationality details of yoga guru Baba Ramdev’s aide Balkrishna, who is alleged to have forged his educational certificates to get an Indian passport.

Earlier in December 2010, the agency had sent letter to Nepal seeking Balkrishna's nationality details.

On July 23, 2011, the CBI had registered a case of cheating and criminal conspiracy against Balkrishna for procuring fake degree and violation of section 12 of Indian Passport Act for furnishing fake documents to get a passport.

According to sources, after Nainital High Court order to scrap the arrest warrant against Balkrishna, he is not co-operating with the CBI.
