Jaipur: Brewing more troubles for Congress MLA Malkhan Singh Bishnoi, the CBI on Wednesday gave an ultimatum to his sister Indira Bishnoi and his absconding nephews Pukhraj ( son of accused Sohanlal) and Dinesh (son of Babulal Bishnoi), to surrender before it by February 10 in connection with auxiliary nurse Bhanwari Devi ‘s case.

In case, Indira fails to surrender, her property will be attached, reported the CBI.

Bishnoi, who is allegedly involved in the disposal of Bhanwari Devi's body is wanted by the CBI.

Bhanwari, who went missing since September 1, allegedly featured in a video in a compromising position with sacked Rajasthan Water Resources Minister Mahipal Maderna. The CBI arrested him on December 2 while Congress MLA from Luni, Malkhan Singh Bishnoi was arrested on December 19 in the same case.
 
According to sources, the CBI recently conducted a DNA test on Malkhan Singh and Gungun, the youngest daughter of Bhanwari Devi.

Sources also added that Malkhan’s DNA test matches with Gungun but the CBI is yet to confirm this. The CBI officials have said that they will reveal the final report only after the completion of investigation.

It is believed that charges against Malkhan Singh and Mahipal Maderna will be filed on the basis of the DNA report.

Bhanwari’s husband, Amarchand, had alleged after his arrest that Malkhan Singh has fathered Bhanwari’s youngest daughter. It was in this context that the CBI took blood samples of Malkhan and Bhanwari’s daughter for a DNA test. Amarchand was arrested on charges of abetting the crime and accepting money for the same.
