According to media sources, the re-evaluation facility will be presently available only for English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Political Science and Economics. There will also be a limit on the number of questions sought to be re-evaluated.

The facility will be completely online and it will be open to only those who apply for re evaluation.

Last year, after a Supreme Court ruling, candidates who had requested for evaluated answer sheets were given its photocopies by CBSE. Students, who asked for re evaluation, had to settle with just the retotalling of marks given for each answer.
