Jabalpur: In connection with the piracy of CD of the much-talked bollywood flick ‘Delhi Belly’, the Aamir Khan Production has clarified in the court that the company has not yet given printing rights of the film to any of the CD, DVD and VCD manufacturing company.

The movie has only been screened in the theatres.

It is believed that one Ajay Seth, who termed the film as vulgar, has presented the CD of movie in the court.

The Director of the movie, Akram Shah, who was also present in the court, said, “Till date the production house has not given printing rights of the film to any of the CD, DVD and VCD manufacturing company. Only the audio CD of the movie has been released.”

Chief Judicial Magistrate Sharad Chandra has recorded Akram Shah’s statement.

Aamir Khan had filed a petition against Ajay Seth in the lower court for piracy of the CD.
