2. The Sarkhej Roza is a beautiful mix of different architectural styles such as early Islamic architecture of the region. Hindu and Jain elements that form a composite Indo-Saracenic architectural style.

3. Constructed in the mid 19th century, the Hutheesing Jain Temple is dedicated to Dharmanatha, the 15th Jain Tirthankar.

4. The Sabarmati Ashram or Gandhi Ashram was one of the homes of Mahatma Gandhi. He led the Salt Satyagraha from this location.

5. The Jama Masjid in Ahmedabad was one of the largest mosques in the Indian sub-continent in its time. It is built with yellow sandstone.
