Beijing: China on Friday said it opposes all forms of terrorism and strongly condemned Thursday's bombings in Pakistan that killed over 100 people.

"We express our deep condolences to the victims and sincere sympathies to the wounded and the family members of the dead," a news agency quoted Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei as saying.

He said China firmly supports the relentless efforts of the government and the people of Pakistan to safeguard the country's stability. Four blasts rocked Pakistan on Thursday, killing at least 116 people and wounding 235 others.
